                        Brenna Ramy — Senior Manager, HR Advisory at Abdo 
                        Brenna Ramy is a Senior Manager at Abdo, where she helps organizations align their people strategies with business goals. With over 20 years of HR experience across industries like hospitality, retail, and consulting, she brings practical insight to teams of all sizes—from startups to global companies. Brenna is known for her energy, relatable approach, and focus on finding solutions that truly work. She’s led dozens of trainings, webinars, and podcasts, and is passionate about connecting with leaders and communities to drive meaningful impact.

                        Dr. Myka Hanson — Founder of Teen Forward
                        Dr. Myka Hanson is the founder of Teen Forward, where she helps teens, young adults, and parents feel more confident, connected, and resilient. With over 25 years of experience, she blends psychology, body awareness, and practical tools to help families and companies navigate change and strengthen relationships. Through coaching, workshops, and speaking, she focuses on self-care, communication, and bridging generational gaps at home and at work.

                        Kathy Rendleman — Executive Director of Edina Education Fund
                        Kathy Rendleman serves as the Executive Director of the Edina Education Fund, where she leads efforts to support and inspire excellence in Edina’s schools. A lifelong Edina resident, she combines her passion for education with professional experience in engineering, finance, marketing, and sales. Through her work, Kathy is dedicated to empowering students, fostering innovation, and helping the next generation thrive.

                        Patricia Pettis — Principal of Southview Middle School
                        Tricia Pettis is the principal of South View Middle School in Edina, MN—an AMLE School of Distinction and Special Olympics National Banner School. With 25 years of experience working with middle-level learners, she brings deep expertise in adolescent development and a passion for helping students feel a sense of belonging, achievement, and authenticity. Through her leadership, workshops, and podcast South View Stories, she focuses on relationships, storytelling, and creating learning environments where both students and educators thrive.
