Our design guarantee starts at the very beginning of a project: If we cannot provide a remodeling plan within the estimated budget range agreed to at the Initial Consultation Meeting, we will refund 100% of the Design Agreement Fee. It’s really very simple: if we can’t do the designed project and keep it within the established budget, we will let you know BEFORE we ever begin.
