David Baker founded Baker Strategy Group in 2005 to provide marketing strategy research and advising. David has managed customer strategy programs for a variety of companies and organizations, including several fortune 500 firms. Some of the clients David has served include Universrity of Michigan Health System, Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Johnson Controls, Gordon Food Services, TATA Technologies, Emerson, Dominos's Pizza, U.S. Navy, Yahoo!, Michigan Manufacturers Association, and Lutheran Church Church Missouri Synod Schools, and Service Master. He has a M.B.A. in Corporate Strategy from Universtiy of Michigan Ross School of Business and a B.A. in Organizational Communication from Eastern Michigan University.
Dale Kurschner Leads content development and design for our magazine, e-newsletters website, and live events, as well as the overall direction of the TCB brand. He joined us in 2010 after starting and leading a corporate communications department for a newly formed, $5 billion division of UnitedHealth Group, and prior to that, managing internal communications for Lawson Software as it turned international and doubled in size through an acquisition. Before that he started and grew for seven years a financial research and publishing company; was editor of Business Ethics magazine; served as managing editor and acting editor of the Business Journal in Minneapolis; and worked for other publications and news services including BusinessWeek, Reuters, Dow Jones, and Gannett.
