Chris is the Vice President for MWF Properties, a real estate development company that specializes in the development of affordable housing. His role with the company encompasses a variety of responsibilities including site selection, entitlements, project financing, construction management, and asset management. 

Carl brings over ten years of development experience to his role as Director of Real Estate Development at Ryan Companies. In this position, he is responsible for managing the development of transformative mixed-use projects and leading multi-disciplinary teams through all aspects of the development process including site selection, acquisition, due diligence, government approvals, design and construction coordination, lease/sale negotiations and project financing.

The Economic Development Committee's purpose is to further the economic stability and growth of the city of Edina. This committee encourages and guides economic development in the city of Edina through advocacy and program development, support for existing businesses and recruitment of new businesses.
