Susan Adams Loyd is Chief Executive Officer of the Better Business Bureau of Minnesota & North Dakota, the largest professional association in the Upper Midwest. As a non-profit 501-c 6 organization, BBB sets ethical standards for thousands of accredited businesses, and educates sellers and buyers in advancing marketplace trust. Susan spent more than 35 years in senior management at media companies in Minnesota and Florida including Clear Channel Outdoor Minneapolis/St. Paul as President, WCCO Television as VP/General Manager, WTEV & WAWS as VP/General Manager, and KARE 11 as Director of Programming. She has earned numerous industry and community service awards including a regional Emmy, the National Association of Broadcasters Service to America Award, and the University of Minnesota Notable Alumni Award.

She has been an active member on many civic boards including the Minneapolis Regional Chamber, University of Minnesota Alumni Association, Meet Minneapolis and Downtown Council. Susan is a native of Edina, MN, where she graduated from high school and currently lives with her husband, Rick Loyd, who is a retired hotel executive.

This workshop provides concepts and tools to support individual well-being, performance and leadership in times of change and crisis. Participants will learn how to strengthen personal resilience in the face of adversity.

Sandy Haddad is Founder of C Change Partners, a Change Management consulting practice based in the Twin Cities. She has 25+ years of experience in HR, Change Management, Training, Development, Coaching and Facilitation. Sandy's formal training includes certifications from Prosci and John Kotter International; an M.S. in Human Resources Management, University of Wisconsin Madison.
