Botanical Cocktail Class

Step into spring at Prelude at The Westin Edina Galleria for a botanical-inspired cocktail class led by our lead mixologist, Susie. This hands-on experience explores the art of crafting cocktails using fresh herbs, florals, and seasonal ingredients.

Guests will create and enjoy three signature cocktails from Prelude’s botanical menu while learning techniques, balance, and the story behind each drink.

To take the experience home, each guest will receive printed recipes and a house-made botanical syrup—perfect for recreating the flavors of the season.
