Join your fellow chamber members for breakfast and networking at Title Boxing Club!

A fitness club with a kick!  Every TITLE Boxing Club POWER HOUR workout lets you knockout stress and burn up to 1,000 calories while you strengthen and tone your entire body.   Our group classes feature real boxing and kickboxing training techniques.  They are led by motivating trainers who give personal attention to help beginners through experts master their technique.  Each workout features a 15 minute warm up, then it’s time to put on real boxing gloves for eight 3-minute rounds hitting your own 100# heavy bag (we have 60 of them!) The workout finishes with 15 minutes of focused core work and cool down stretching.   Perhaps most importantly, it’s a fun engaging experience that’s constantly changing so it never gets boring.  Our members actually enjoy doing it, so they stick with it and get very real very measurable results!  

At Your Business Break visitors are welcome to take our 6:00 kickboxing class, watch a demonstration 30 minute boxing class during the break or stay for our 9:00 boxing class.  If you want to take a class on Oct 3, or at another time, give us a call at 952-406-8754.
