Kevin Walker is the founder and driving force behind a multi-location restaurant group that includes El Famous Burrito and Extract Juicery. With a sharp eye for operations and a heart for hospitality, Kevin blends data-driven strategy with authentic customer connection. His approach to leadership focuses on accountability, community, and empowering people—from general managers to front-line staff. Kevin is hands-on in every part of the business—Whether he's analyzing profit margins or chatting with customers at the counter, Kevin brings clarity, consistency, and creativity to the foodservice industry. Rooted in values, built on hustle, and always looking forward—Kevin is passionate about creating businesses that serve people well.  Kevin resides in the Chicago area with his wife and 3 daughters.   He enjoys biking, traveling, spending time with friends and speaking Spanish whenever he can.
