Natalie Fonville has been with Colonial Life for just over 12 years and in the insurance industry for just under 20. She is currently a District General Manager that leads a team of 13 Representatives. Her team's mission is to partner with businesses/organizations to enhance their current benefit package by educating employee's on how to protect their income and financial stability due to an accident/injury or health event. 

Debbie Erickson is a sales and business development leader with over 38 years of proven success.  Working with City and county municipalities, car dealerships, manufacturing plants, medical and dental offices, trucking short and long haul only to name a few industries.
