Sharry Schmid is the president of Edina Realty, the Midwest’s largest residential real estate firm serving Minnesota and western Wisconsin. As president of the brokerage, Schmid provides guidance and direction to the company’s 75 sales offices and 2,300 REALTORS®.
Schmid works closely with the Edina Realty Home Services (ERHS) management team on strategic initiatives and integrated technology programs. As part of the management team for HomeServices of America, Inc., ERHS’ parent company, Schmid strategizes with managers of other leading real estate companies nationwide.
She will provide real time insight on the following topics:- The current state of our real estate market
- What are the needs of the housing market? (Condos, DIT, affordable housing)
- Needs in the City of Edina
- What Edina Realty is doing to help
- What can the city/citizens do to help
The Sunrise Edina Business Breakfast is a networking event created to bring small- to medium-sized businesses in the Edina community together for an opportunity to learn more about our local businesses, gain knowledge through education, and share business challenges and opportunities.
