2022 Sunrise Edina Business Breakfast - February
Speaker: Michael Bilden | Mankato State University Online
Director of Marketing and Recruitment for Minnesota State University, Mankato ONLINE, in Edina, MN. He helps position ONLINE as the go-to option for online and distance education in the region. Michael also teaches a portfolio course in the Applied Leadership degree completion program at the university.
Mike will introduce Minnesota State University, Mankato’s Extended Campus and Minnesota State University, Mankato ONLINE and how the university is assisting learners complete in-demand academic credentials. Mike will also discuss how higher education is shifting to provide learners with convenience and path to completion while also aligning with business and industry needs.
Mike’s background in higher education has centered on enrollment management for adult-focused programs at the undergraduate, graduate levels in addition to workforce related programming. Mike’s background and focus has also involved building new institutional opportunities and directing realignment operations for existing academic programming that leads toward financial success for programs, divisions and institutions.
The Sunrise Edina Business Breakfast is a networking event created to bring small- to medium-sized businesses in the Edina community together for an opportunity to learn more about our local businesses, gain knowledge through education, and share business challenges and opportunities.
