\nJoin us for the virtual version of our Sunrise Edina Business Event\, and help us support one of our local Edina restaurants! \;Our Sunrise Edina Business Event is typically a networking event that takes place in person \;over breakfast at Tavern on France. However\, due to the onset of COVID-19\, the event will now be virtual for the time being. \;

\nIn the meantime\, we want to assist in supporting Tavern on France! All funds from the $10 fee we are charging each attendee \;for this virtual event will go directly to the restaurant in exchange for a $10 gift card to the restaurant\, which we will mail right to you. Let'\;s connect with one another and support one of our local Edina restaurants at the same time!

\nOur Sunrise event was created to bring small- to medium-sized businesses in the Edina community together for an opportunity to learn more about our local businesses\, gain knowledge through education\, and share business challenges and opportunities. Be sure to bring your 60 second "\;creative"\; commercial detailing your business\, upcoming special event\, or a product offering you have! \;There will also be an opportunity to break out into separate breakout rooms to network more intentionally with a couple other members.

\nLori and Kathy with the HWC-Health &\; Wellness Collaborative are health &\; wellness coaches with a whole-health\, whole-person approach. We guide you as you set your personal goals and partner with you as you achieve them\, and address the aspects of your life that you deem important.

\nThey are both \;Nationally Board Certified Health &\; Wellness Coaches with varying professional backgrounds and are \;graduates of the Health &\; Wellbeing Coaching Program at the University of Minnesota&rsquo\;s Earl E. Bakken - Center for Spirituality &\; Healing.

\nLori has a background in industrial athletic training and ergonomics. She came to health coaching after her own health crisis\, wanting to realize a more productive way to work with people towards the health and healing they desire.
\n
\nKathy has 40+ years in nursing to include the military and as a clinical nursing instructor. She highly values service to others and loves empowering individuals to recognize their own power and capacity for change in how they live daily and view their own well-being.

\nThe HWC \;offers a wide range of coaching services for individuals\, groups\, and organizations to capitalize on whole-health.
