After building a following slinging lobster rolls on the streets of downtown Minneapolis\, Smack Shack took over the kitchen at the 1029 bar in Northeast Minneapolis that winter. After being featured on "Diners\, Drive-Ins & Dives" Smack Shack\, eventually boil their first brick and mortar restaurant in the North loop neighborhood of Minneapolis in 2012. Now\, with additional locations at MSP Airport and POTLUCK food hall\, Smack Shack Bloomington is the fourth Smack Shack in the Twin Cities. Inside\, guests will find a casual and coastal design. On the menu\, lobster shines\, whether it's the original lobster roll or the signature lobster boil\, Smack Shack's fresh lobster is a must try.
