Previously\, Dr. Scorzelli served as Director of Clinical Education for AUM Cardiovascular\, a non-invasive cardiac device that recently received FDA approval. Dr. Scorzelli has also served as Chief Medical Officer and Medical Innovation Director at Kabloo  Design\, helped launch and serve as Interim Executive Director of Magic Arms\, a nonprofit organization working to help children with rare neuromuscular diseases.\n\n\n\nDr. Scorzelli's work has focused on inventing new medical devices and supporting client projects in the Medtech space. Dr. Scorzelli is a physician by training\, a self-taught engineer and an artist at heart. He has over 20 years of experience in everything from molecular biology to Home Hospice to fine art. He has had fellowships at the National Institutes of Health\, Medical Devices Center (U. of MN)\, and the German Marshall Fund of the US\, as well as numerous research and clinical work experiences spanning start-up genomics\, biotech\, and Medtech companies.\n\n\n\nDr. Scorzelli was a Marshall Memorial Fellow (2014) and selected as a "40 Under Forty Twin Cities" Top Young Business Leaders by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal (2013). Dr. Scorzelli owned & operated C2: Creative.Craftsmanship\, through which he marketed and sold his art work and designed and executed renovations and repairs. Dr. Scorzelli has submitted 20 provisional patents to the U. of MN\, co-founded a cardiovascular company (now known as Aria CV)\, and invents daily. Since then he has\, participated in several other start-up ventures\, supports young entrepreneurs\, as well as the local and international innovation communities.
